Worked with companies of repute, both Indian as well as multinational – Larsen & Toubro, Fiat International, Comau SpA, Group Happich Ellamp (GHE), JBM Group and now with Dream Plast/Omnia Toys. Worked in diverse product and Industry segments such as Construction equipment, Automotive & Industrial Production systems, Commercial vehicle Components, Auto components, Plastic Food Packaging and Toys.

Most of the companies that he have worked for have been amongst leaders in their own segments, either in India or worldwide. Multinational companies have given him particular exposure of working in complex matrix organizations and interacting with diverse cultures. A major part of his career has been working with Italian companies in India as well as in Italy.
